By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our website or services.
Use of Our Services
Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Prohibited Activities
- You may not access or use the website for any purpose other than that for which we make the website and our services available. The website may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.
Intellectual Property Rights
- Unless otherwise indicated, the website and services, including all code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the website (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws of the United States, foreign jurisdictions, and international conventions.
Modifications and Interruptions
- We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the website at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. However, we have no obligation to update any information on our website. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of the services without notice at any time.

Governing Law
- These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of Ontario, Canada. OMHAS and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Ontario, Canada shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these Terms.
Outsourced Management of Health and Safety Maintenance Program Includes:
By enrolling in the OHMAS Maintenance Program, users receive ongoing support to keep their workplace health and safety systems up to date and compliant with current regulations. This includes regular updates to documentation, policy revisions as needed, access to support for health and safety questions, and reminders for key compliance deadlines. Communications may be sent via text or email as part of this service and are A2P compliant.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
