This course is the moment where operational responsibility for the OMHAS occupational health and safety management system transfers from OMHAS Solutions Inc. to your organization. It is built for the people who carry the weight of workplace safety in real operations: owners, production managers, supervisors, HR professionals, and any person with authority to direct workers.

By the end of this course, learners will be able to:

1. Understand what the OMHAS system is and how it functions as a living management system rather than a static document collection
2 Navigate the Master Index to locate any module and any appendix in your system
3 Use the Implementation Dashboard as both a table of contents and an audit-ready record of every implementation step
4 Implement each module using a consistent six-step process: print, sign, communicate, file, review appendices, and complete
5 Roll out your full system across four sustainable phases without overwhelming your operation
6 Understand the role of formal adoption and what happens when a signature is placed on a policy
7 Recognize where most safety systems fail and how to prevent it in your organization
8 Distinguish between training that OMHAS Academy provides and training that must come from external authorized providers
9 Apply the disciplines of annual review and Management of Change to keep your system alive over time
10 Understand the legal concept of due diligence and how documented implementation supports your defence
